Many customers choose to support our farm because of our zero-waste production system. Meats, organs, and bones are sold to customers for consumption, and hides are tanned for leather or dehydrated for pet chews. To complete this picture of full carcass utilization, beef fat is rendered on-farm to later be crafted into tallow goods like soaps, salves, candles, and moisturizers. It's said that the skin is our body's largest organ, so why not follow the same principles for skincare products as you do with the foods you consume?
