New Plant Manager - Brian Sapp
  Brian SappWe were fortunate to find Brian Sapp to manage our new processing plant. Brian is from Lake Placid, FL and holds his Masters of Science degree in Meat Science from the University of Florida. In addition to his understanding of the Science of Meat Processing, he is an artisan meat cutter. The plant, that just began operation in 2008, is located on our farm and is USDA-Inspected.
