With professional forager and ethnobotanist, Becky Beyer, wander the lands of White Oak Pastures and gather uses, recipes and folklore of the Georgia flora. Finish with a Wild Food Cookery demonstration with Chef Reid Harrison with your gathered bounty. Learn a new skill in survival and self sufficiency and empower yourself with this amazing skill!
There will be a walking tour of the abattoirs at 11:00 am. If you would like to come early to participate in the walking tour we would love to have you! (Lunch sold separately.)
